Items can be returned within 15 days from delivery date for refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase is required. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. We has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Sale items (marked Final Sale) and personalized items are final sale.

Items may be returned by mail. Please contact us to request a return. 

Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to process starting from the date our warehouse receives the return.

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern through analysis, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from us

Return Shipping Fees

For U.S. customers, a $19 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

1. You will receive instructions & a pre-paid shipping label via

email.

2. Print the shipping label.

3. Drop off your return at the carrier location provided on the label.
